The series of webcast seminars is aimed at marketers from all industries, offering practical advice on maximising ROI for marketing spend, and embodies the offering digital media can give to businesses across the board.

Topics covered in the seminars include using customer data to drive CRM, predicting the success of promotions and how advertising affects sales.

The release date timeline for the series is as follows:

1. Collaborative CRM (available online now)

2. Loyalty Cards (available online now)

3. Forecasting (3pm UK, 7/7/05)

4. Customer Centric Targeting (3pm UK, 28/7/05)

5. Media (3pm UK, 6/9/05)

6. From Consumer Goods to Financial Services (3pm UK, 4/9/05)

Each one hour seminar is available at www.BetterManagement.com/ipsosukpr. Full content, Webcast recording and associated articles are available for download or replay from the site after each seminar has been broadcast.

The seminar on loyalty cards asks whether marketers are missing out on opportunities for smarter ranging and promotional tactics with their loyalty card data, and demonstrates that by carefully unpicking customer data, nuggets of wisdom can be found to enhance performance in both these areas.

Content for the series has been created by Steve Messenger, senior director of Customers in Focus, Ipsos UK’s specialist CRM Analytics unit, which brings together customer transactional data with market research to understand both the "What?" and the "Why?" of consumer purchase behaviour. Seminars will also be led by Jolyon Roe, associate director, and Trevor Alderson, director.
